What is Boon + Gable?
Boon + Gable is changing the way men and women shop for clothes. Try on 20 items in your home with a stylist in one hour. Pay for what you keep. We return the rest. It’s a personal shopper that actually brings the clothes to your house!
How does it work?
You fill out a style profile (which includes brands you like and don’t like, your size and price range for shoes, jeans, pants, shirts etc) and then schedule a 1-hour home visit. Your stylist will bring 20 items and show you how to incorporate them into your wardrobe. You only pay for the clothes you want. We take back the rest. It’s that easy.
What should I expect during my first visit?
The first visit is for us to learn more about you, your lifestyle and sizing. Your stylist will bring two bags filled with clothes, shoes and accessories. She'll set up in your bedroom or living room. You'll start by giving her a 5 minute tour of your closet so she can get a better sense of your style. Then the fun begins. She'll start pulling outfits out of her bags, one by one, and have you try them on. She'll bring multiple sizes and she'll take notes on what's working and what's not. It'll be the most efficient hour you've ever spent shopping.
I work during the day, do you have after-work and weekend appointments?
Of course! We want to make shopping easier. We have appointments 7 days a week, from 9am until 8:30pm, perfect for after your kids go to bed.
What brands can I expect?
We shop at department stores, boutiques and everywhere in between, so we can bring you a wide range of brands every visit. Depending on the price ranges you set in your profile, you might see some of these brands on your first visit: AG, All Saints, Cole Haan, Everlane, Frye, J Brand, Joie, Madewell, Rag & Bone, Sam Edelman, Ted Baker, Theory and Vince. We shop at stores and brands that fit your specific needs.
How much does it cost?
We sell you the clothes at retail, plus 15%. When we find a sale, you get the sale price. It's a win-win! We charge the additional fee so that we can pass on part of the cost of these items to the stylist who picked them out for you, brought them to your home, and helped you incorporate them into your wardrobe. And if you buy nothing, 15% of zero is zero so it doesn't cost you anything.

What’s your return policy?
We bring the dressing room to you with the hope that you’ll only buy pieces you absolutely love. We want you to be 100% confident in your purchases, so all sales are final.
What’s your cancellation and reschedule policy?
Last minute cancellations and reschedules cause our stylists to lose valuable time. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so more than 48 hours before your visit to avoid a $40 cancellation fee. We’ll send you a reminder 7 days before your visit.
No-shows also cause our stylists to lose valuable time shopping and traveling. If you aren't present at your scheduled visit time, we'll charge a no-show fee of $40.
